Harvest ongoing

CIMG6977Today we picked Redcurrants, blackcurrants, and raspberries, around 5 kilos of fruit, we put this down to good pruning in the autumn and application of well rotted manure after last yrs poor harvest and a dressing of Blood fish bone in early spring. Follow our calendar to remind you what to do when. Now to making jellies, jams and sorbets tomorrow.

Here is a representative sample of our latest produce, all grown without harming animals or the environment! The key to growing squashes is manure, sun and water +++.
